Kauai Island Brewery & Grill opens
The Kauai Island Brewery & Grill has opened in a 4,000 square-foot warehouse in the Alexander & Baldwin-owned Port Allen Marina Center in Eleele.
The Garden Island reports the 60-seat restaurant space has been remodeled with an industrial theme, a 20-foot bar, kitchen and brewing facility for the new brew pub, which was formerly the Waimea Brewing Co.
